If at any time you have a problem with your mattress call Everyairmattress.com directly at 1-208-754-0477. The AIR CLOUD brand mattress comes with a 90-day warranty.

Intex Warranty Policy

All beds come with a 30 day manufacturers defect warranty, this warranty only covers manufactures defects. It does not cover beds that have been punctured accidently or intentionally. If you have received a mattress with a manufacture defect, or if your mattress will not hold air and you are within the 30-day warranty, please do the following:

• Call Everyairmattress.com directly at 1-208-754-0477
• Everyairmattress.com will explain the easy steps to get your Free Replacement Mattress.
• A validated sales receipt must be returned to Everyairmattress.com before a replacement will be made. (If you no longer have a copy of your sales receipt, please email your request to info@EveryAirMattress.com, and a receipt will promptly be emailed to you.)
• With any further questions, please contact Everyairmattress.com directly at 1-208-754-0477.
