When and how will my air mattress be shipped?
Shipments are made daily Monday through Friday via UPS Ground Home delivery. Each air mattress is shipped in its original box. Delivery times vary from 3-6 business days depending on your proximity to Idaho. Deliveries to:
- West coast locations usually take 3 business days.
- Midwest locations usually take 4 business days
- East coast locations usually take 5 business days
If you need your package shipped next-day or two-day, please contact us at 208-561-0259, or email info@EveryAirMattress.com for a price quote. 2-3 day shipping for most East Coast locations usually costs $50 to ship via UPS. Two-day shipping for west coast locations is not necessary, as regular shipping is usually about two days.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged or simply does not arrive?
If any package arrives visually damaged, be sure to note this with the driver of the freight carrier immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call our customer service team at 208-561-0259 or email info@EveryAirMattress.com immediately for further instructions.
If your package never arrives, do not worry—all of EveryAirMattress.com mattresses have insurance. Contact our customer service at 208-561-0259 or email info@EveryAirMattress.com. We will file the necessary claims and take care of everything for you.
