Can I receive a cash refund for my mattress after I’ve inflated it?
You cannot send your used mattress back to EveryAirMattress.com or INTEX for a cash refund—you must follow the return policy. All returned product are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All refused shipments not authorized by EveryAirMattress.com will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
What if I have not inflated or used my air mattress and want to return it?
EveryAirMattress.com offers a simple and easy No Worries return policy. As long as your bed is in a new condition and has not been opened, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. When returning your unused unopened merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

- You must call 208-561-0259 to get a return authorization number; we do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
- Print a copy of your original email invoice with a brief description and purpose of the return.

- Merchandise must be received in its original condition and packaging.
- Merchandise must be returned freight pre-paid.
- Shipping cost for returned merchandise is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Credit will be issued to the original credit card once the returned merchandise has been received and conditions have been met.

- Canceled orders are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee
